Salah satu sebab budaya NLP ini menular di Jepun ialah bagi menyelesaikan isu MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM.
Berikut merupakan 8 soalan yang digunakan oleh pengamal NLP di Jepun untuk menhasilkan “WELL FORMED OUTCOME”
1. What do you want? (Outcome frame)
2. How do you know when you have achieved it? What would be the visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic information? (Evidence frame)
3. When, where, and with whom would you achieve it? (Context frame)
4. How will other aspects of your life change when you achieve it? (Ecological frame)
5. What resources do you have already that are useful to achieve your goal? (Resource frame)
6. What stops you from achieving it? (Limitation frame)
7. What does achieving it mean to you? (Meta-outcome frame)
8. What is the first action required to achieve it? (Action frame)

Berikut amalan saya apabila mengendalikan sesi BEST BELAJAR saya bersama pelajar :
1. What do you want? (Outcome frame)
+ Transfer of skills. Pelajar mampu mengamalkan teknik yang telah diajar.
 
2. How do you know when you have achieved it? What would be the visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic information? (Evidence frame)
+ Visually : They written their work in their workbook
+ Auditory : They discuss with their friends and share with the facilitators
+ Kinaesthetic : They could perform with their friends
 
3. When, where, and with whom would you achieve it? (Context frame)
+ During the event
+ Me and with students
 
4. How will other aspects of your life change when you achieve it? (Ecological frame)
+ They are happy and impressed by how far they have managed to learn and applied on that moment or before leaving the session.
 
5. What resources do you have already that are useful to achieve your goal? (Resource frame)
+ All the learning & training modules
+ Workbooks
+ Sound system
+ Projector
+ Laptop
 
6. What stops you from achieving it? (Limitation frame)
+ -NA-
 
7. What does achieving it mean to you? (Meta-outcome frame)
+ Program’s objective achieved
+ Client satisfied
+ Student happy
+ I am happy
 
8. What is the first action required to achieve it? (Action frame)
+ Designing modules that is brain friendly to learn and practical.
